Riccardo Fabbri

Hi, I'm Riccardo, a freelance consultant for SMB, specialized in developing custom solutions to manage and automate digital processes.

I worked for over 7 years at Apple where I learned the fundamentals of optimizing processes and had the opportunity to cultivate a culture of digital collaboration learning how to use the best tools to streamline the operations and help the teams focusing on the customers.

I strongly believe in the empowerment of human capabilities through technology and I want that to be as transparent as possible to let everyone do his best job day after day.

My Values are authenticity, transparency, honesty, attention to detail and perseverance.

After my experience at Apple, I decided to focus on bringing these core values to other companies and choose SmartSuite as a main platform to create better digital workplaces.

Helping many other companies and agencies in these 3+ years I developed a strong knowledge of CRMs, Ticketing systems, Accounting and Budgeting solutions, Digital Collaboration, and other productivity tools.

I have a deep knowledge of the main 3 work ecosystems: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Apple iOS, iPadOS & MacOS, this helps a lot in developing a complete solution that should be integrated into everyday work.

I know that every business has unique aspects and I want to make sure that the solutions I provide are tailor-made to your needs so that our values and objectives are aligned to reach our goals. Your success is mine as well.

As a SmartSuite Consultant I can offer these services:

• Develop custom-made solutions based on your teams' needs.
• Implementing other tools already used within a SmartSuite solution.
• Automate Processes already established and create new SOPs
• Collect data into dashboards and help your management team with data analysis.
• Hourly training and consulting on existing projects
• Admin your workspace in SmartSuite

By doing so I help you increase customer retention rate, customer satisfaction and improve internal team engagement. That leads to increased profits as well.

I have experience in Marketing and advertising, Real Estate, Private Health, Legal, Hospitality and Financial Services Industries.

My goal is to collaborate closely with clients, serving as an extension of their team, to deliver exceptional results, above and beyond expectations.
