A brief introduction, I am a native English speaker from the UK. I have worn many hats over the years including teaching, sales, HR, communications and operations. I have achievements in business process management, process improvement as well as business architecture. I hold a PhD in Genetics and I am a strong teacher who can provide your team with high quality training sessions if needed.

Having experienced many different sectors I am poised to provide advice on optimal setups for all types of teams. I have learned over the years that the first step to a streamlined workflow is understanding the process before choosing the tool. The second step is to understand the team members who use the process. Beautifully designed processes which are designed for both the users and for efficiency are what I aim for. 

I can work together with you and your team to build all varieties of project management setups from Agile software development workflows, tax and accounting setups, advertising agencies and product design etc. Additionally, the ability to visualise your projects progress, your work capacity and efficiency of your team using dashboards. We are looking to improve your processes themselves whilst simultaneously building a robust environment in SmartSuite.
