One of my most popular packages is a "Done for You" system set up in which I do the following:

System planning and set up:

• Workflow analysis
• Client information gathering - including export and import of current client data from another system if applicable
• Initial hierarchy and framework planning & set-up in SmartSuite
• Integrations and Automations based on updated workflows

SOPs & Training

• Create SOPs and Provide Training: Once your SmartSuite system is set up, we’ll work together to ensure processes are documented and clear. I’ll spend time Zooming with you as you use the system and offer feedback, ask questions, etc. 

Extended Support

60 days support: For 60 days I’ll be available to answer questions via email (24 hour turn-around) as well as jump on a Zoom to walk through scenarios if something isn’t clear.
